SHIPPING | DELAYS

  • Be sure to allow enough mailing time and see shipping options at checkout as we do offer priority mailing.

  • Please check your shipping address during checkout as that will be the one that will be used.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays due to inclement weather, a busy holiday season or unpredictable postal delays.

  • If mailing square cards yourself, they will need extra postage and would recommend two stamps.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Color discrepancies may occur due to monitor calibration variations causing variations in brightness, hue, or saturation.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the product has begun which is can be within five minutes of placing an order.

  • Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

  • If choosing a custom card, please choose the correct custom option (not sample option) to avoid having the order canceled/refunded and possible delays.

Q How long will it take to process the order?

A All card orders go out the same day (if ordered very early) or the next day. If the order is a large order, it may take from 1-3 days to process.

Q Do you offer priority shipping?

A Yes, we do. It is not guaranteed by USPS but should arrive sooner.

Q What if I forgot to mention something in my order?

A Sometimes orders are processed immediately, so try to message us right away as we love answering quickly.
